| *PROOFS: Proofs are normally produced within 24hrs after receiving the order. However if we receive an order on any Friday or holiday, you may not see a proof until Monday or the next business day. |
| *GRAPHICS: There is no additional charge to use one of our/Equi-Signs existing or listed graphics. There may be a charge for graphics if you provide your own graphics which require additional editing to import and use on your sign. You will be advised of any additional charges once we receive the graphic. |
| CANCELLATION: You may cancel this order at any time up until we begin production of the sign. Prior to production you will be charged a $20.00 design fee to cover the cost of the proof development. Once production has begun on the actual sign, the order may not be cancelled. |
| RETURNS: Equi-Signs does not accept returns or refund monies collected on custom signs. We cannot resell a sign with someone else's name and information on the sign. We do guarantee to correct, repair or replace and sign which was shipped to the buyer and is defective due to an Equi-Signs error. |
