There are an estimated 75,000 living registered American Saddlebreds in North America-U.S.A., Canada, and Mexico. ASHA is the heart of all activities involving American Saddlebreds. With a membership of approximately 7,500 people, it is located at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky. All matters pertaining to the history, breeding, exhibition, publicity, use, humane treatment, and improvement of American Saddlebred horses are the responsibility of ASHA.
